Open your store workspace#
- Sign in to your BigCommerce control panel.
- Open Apps → WF5 Price Beat. If it is not listed, ask your store owner to install the app and arrange staff access.
- Check the store name in the sidebar before reviewing requests.
- Open Settings and select Check connection. A successful result shows the store currency.
Reopen the app from BigCommerce if access has expired. The Help centre opens in a separate tab so you can keep your work in the app.
Prepare your store settings#
Anyone granted access to Price Beat in BigCommerce can enable product-page requests, change the button label and terms, confirm the offer price tax basis and set a default expiry. See Store settings and customer emails for the full setup.
The form supports standard Stencil product forms on the primary storefront. Products with custom modifiers are excluded. Confirm the selected product and variant in a sample request before opening the workflow to customers.
